Stainless steel exchange policy:

- Unlike many propeller companies, when a customer is not certain of required prop size, we will try to help by offering suggestions, based upon our broad experience. Because marine applications inherently require a ‘trial and error’ approach, what works for one boat and motor configuration may not work for another similar application, we cannot be accountable for sizing suggestions offered. The customer is ultimately responsible for the final size selection. To help a customer who finds that the prop they purchased does not perform as well as their original, or as expected, we go the extra distance by offering a 1-TIME EXCHANGE ONLY up to thirty days from receipt of the propeller. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE WILL WAIVE THE 30 DAYS FOR BOAT SHOW PURCHASES THEREFORE ALLOWING YOU A REASONABLE AMOUNT OF TIME TO TEST THE PROP.
- Conditions for an exchange: the propeller must be clean (no carbon in the hub or blades), free of any damage and in ‘like new’ condition. Since we only sell the best propeller products available, we offer exchanges and not returns
- If an exchange is required we will minimize your down time as follows: We will immediately send and bill to you a replacement propeller plus shipping costs while we wait for the return of your original propeller.
To avoid delays immediately return the propeller:
a. Affix the correct return address to the outside of the box with a small note inside with your name on it so we can track the propeller when it returns to the warehouse
b. Ship the propeller prepaid and insured back to us.
c. Once received at the warehouse, we will issue a refund for the prop you returned. - For technical assistance, or to initiate an exchange, call us at 1-866-621-7767.
- Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- All exchanges are subject to replacement availability.
- $100.00 RESTOCKING FEE ON ALL STAINLESS PROPELLERS. THIS FEE IS BASED UPON OUR COST TO RETURN / RESTOCKING FEE TO THE MANUFACTURER. (NO EXCHANGES ON VOLVO DUO PROPS, BRAVO 2 AND BRAVO 3, OR STAINLESS PROPS THAT ARE UNDER 15 PITCH OR ABOVE 24 PITCH)
Warranty Information
- The warranties for products distributed by Canada Propeller Inc. are those offered at the time of purchase by the manufacturer in question. Accordingly, such warranties are offered by and handled by the manufacturer directly.
- As a distributor, we do not offer warranty, nor shall we be liable for damages of any kind.
- Should you encounter any problems with one of the propellers distributed by us that you believe to be covered by warranty,
please call at 1-866-621-7767. We’ll review the policy for the specific manufacturer and supply you with the manufacturer’s address. - Understandably, all propeller manufacturers specify that warranty does not apply to:
a. Labor, other than repair or replacement.
b. Propellers that have had misuse or neglect.
c. Grounding, Striking, Cavitation, or Corrosion.
d. Shipping.
e. Compensation for loss of use.
f. Modified or repaired propellers.
g. Any damage to boat, motor, or drive train.
